We're hiring an Advanced AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work on large language models, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation that enhance our products and user experience.
Your responsibilities include experimenting with new architectures, optimizing models for production, and building scalable MLOps pipelines. You'll collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities, prototype solutions, and deploy models that deliver measurable impact.

What you'll bring
As an Advanced AI Engineer, you'll combine deep technical expertise with product thinking to build and deploy state-of-the-art AI solutions. You should be comfortable with research and experimentation while maintaining focus on production readiness and business impact.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
- Deep expertise in LLMs, NLP, or computer vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
- Published research or open-source contributions (preferred).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
