2. Scope of Services
KZ & Co. provides consulting services including but not limited to AI governance readiness assessments, feasibility and decision support studies, architecture design, and production implementation oversight. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in separate statements of work or engagement letters.
Consulting services are delivered on a project or retainer basis as agreed in writing. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent KZ & Co. deliverables as your own work without our written consent. Any use of our frameworks or methodologies beyond the scope of the agreed engagement requires prior authorization.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All KZ & Co. methodologies, frameworks, templates, and pre-existing materials remain the intellectual property of KZ & Co.. Client-specific deliverables created during an engagement may be assigned to the client as agreed in the statement of work, subject to KZ & Co. retaining the right to use general knowledge and non-confidential methods developed during the engagement.

Engagements are non-transferable—each client must have their own engagement agreement for direct support.

Cancellation of an engagement may be subject to fees for work already completed and any non-refundable costs incurred. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
